The Salmon Falls tract protects an unusual floodplain wetland area on the river and the Horn Brook property is adjacent to a large 1500 acre state wildlife area. This project has high local and regional importance. This project fills in a section of the Moose Mountain conservation area. It also protects 8400' of the Salmon Falls River. The ecology is well-documented and includes state-listed animal species. The property is on the market for sale and the owner has a written letter of intent to work with NH Fish and Game to conserve the property. Project readiness appears high. Target Acres: 343
